BJ’s COVID-19 Response
We are continuing to closely monitor the evolving situation of the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) outbreak and will keep this page updated as necessary with the latest company news and resources of preventative measures and provided support. To prevent the spread of COVID-19 and protect our team members, you are required to complete daily self-assessments through CheckIn2Work prior to reporting for work.
You can download the CheckIn2Work mobile app through Google Play or the Apple App Store. You can also access the CheckIn2Work web app at www.checkin2work.com.
In addition to the required CheckIn2Work self-assessments, the following requirements have been implemented:
- No parking restrictions – please maintain social distance
- Masks (washable) will be available at the main entrance on the first day of return to duty
- Masks required when in common areas (inside) or when within 6 feet of other personnel
- Follow hygiene recommendations and wash/sanitize hands frequently
- Fooda will be on Campus each weekday, as an option Schedules by floor will be established
- Adhere to scheduled lunch assignments (posted in your department)
- Eat your lunch in your own workspace
- It is recommended you limit off campus trips to minimize exposure
- Avoid congregating in common areas
- Conference room capacity will be restricted to ensure social distancing – please check the actual conference room limits (posted on the door) before booking a meeting.
- Cleaners will ‘deep clean’ used spaces each night
- Day-porters will be on duty to continually disinfect common areas
- No 3rd Party or other visitors to Campus, unless essential and with Leader approval
- All non-employees coming to the Campus must complete the 3rd Party Assessment
Team members will be regularly tested to ensure the safety of all personnel. See below for videos describing the testing process.
