As of May 27th, 2020, BJ Services has partnered with Brightside to provide financial advising to all US BJ Services team members. Brightside financial assistants are financial experts who will review your financial situation, talk through options, and help you be better at money.
  • Utilizing Brightside is 100% free and confidential
  • Brightside saves families over $1,200 on average
  • Brightside Financial Assistants are available over the phone and through the Brightside mobile app

As of May 20th, 2020, all BJ Services members and their dependents have access to Ginger – a complete, confidential, and on-demand emotional health program delivered through the convenience of an app. Ginger is:  
  • On-demand. Chat with a coach within seconds, or schedule a session for later.
  • Personalized. Your care plan is based on your goals and preferences.
  • Confidential. Ginger makes care easy because it is discreet and private. Your conversations or personal data is never shared without your consent.
  • Free. There is no cost to you or your dependents for using this service.

The Tomball location officially began a phased approach to opening on Tuesday, May 12th. Tomball is following the Covid-19 protocol as specified by the Emergency Response Team and HR by requiring antibody and temperature testing along with team members needing to complete their daily self-assessment.
